The villa in fact was born between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries at the behest of the family of Bragadin nobles. In the following years there were several changes of ownership, the arrival of Count Giovanni Ninni, the abandonment during the First World War and the subsequent occupation of the "American Red Cross", its transformation into a hospital until the new life, since 1972, as a luxury hotel.
Today this historic residence is one of the most beautiful in Treviso and manages to surprise and wonder guests with its rich and complex past.
